In March 2014, Brian faced a pivotal decision regarding his educational and professional path. Having achieved strong results in the LSAT (Law School Admissions Test) and considering his initial interest in medical school to follow in his father’s footsteps, he reached a turning point. However, a life-altering experience during a three-week hospitalization altered his perspective, leading him to redirect his aspirations towards business school. Brian successfully obtained a degree in Finance & International Business from Florida International University (FIU) in 2014.
During his time in business school, Brian seized the opportunity to work for various foreclosure law firms, propelling his career progression and gaining comprehensive insights into the end-to-end process. His involvement in a business law course sparked a keen interest in the legal field. After a few years of experience in law firms, Brian realized that a confined cubicle existence with limited vacation time would not provide the fulfillment he sought.
Subsequently, an enticing opportunity presented itself to enter the luxury real estate market, with a specific focus on catering to the Spanish-speaking demographic. Recognizing the potential for growth and personal satisfaction, Brian decided to embark on a Master’s degree in International Real Estate in 2016.

At that juncture, Brian was on the path towards medical school, majoring in Chemistry. Reflecting on his aspirations, he expressed a heartfelt desire for a career that involved travel, yearning for the opportunity to explore the world in his future endeavors.
Brian’s first substantial exposure to travel came in 2008 when he ventured to Israel, followed by visits to Paris, France in 2011, and Kyiv, Ukraine in 2012. However, it was in 2014 that Brian embarked on a new chapter, transitioning into the world of real estate after willingly parting ways with his full-time job. This decision was driven by his recognition of real estate’s potential for offering the flexibility he sought in managing his time effectively.
Upon commencing his real estate career, Brian found himself catering to a discerning clientele from Spanish-speaking South American countries, notably Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. Frequent interactions with these high-end clients led Brian to travel extensively throughout South America, establishing strong connections and building trust with his clientele.
In 2017, a Brazilian client served as an invaluable mentor, inspiring Brian to delve deeper into the Brazilian market. His inaugural trip to Brazil in 2018 revealed promising business prospects, prompting him to learn Portuguese to further enhance his services in the dynamic Miami real estate landscape. Since then, Brian has made thirteen subsequent trips to Brazil, solidifying his presence and expanding his client base in the region.
The exposure to various cultures and languages through his travels proved instrumental in Brian’s career. Recognizing the significance of communication, he added conversational Russian to his linguistic repertoire, inspired by his experiences in Ukraine and Russia. He contemplated the potential of a single dollar in feeding people in America compared to the impact it could have in alleviating hunger in less fortunate countries across the globe. Ukraine, a country with which Brian developed a strong bond since his first visit in 2012 and with the start of a war in February, 2022.
In October 2022, as the devastating war ravaged Ukraine, Brian journeyed there for eight days despite the absence of most, if not all, of his friends who had fled to various parts of Europe and America. Leveraging the knowledge, connections, and expertise amassed over a decade, Brian navigated his way through the country.
In April 2023, Brian took his first concrete steps into humanitarian work, visiting two orphanages in eastern and western Ukraine. Driven by the belief that his purpose extended beyond real estate, he sought to do his part in supporting those in need. This endeavor is now evolving and taking shape, as Brian is determined to channel his efforts towards making a positive impact.
During his visits to the orphanages, Brian not only witnessed the challenging circumstances faced by the children but also observed firsthand the devastating effects of war on communities and infrastructure.
